Election information in the May 26 Topic News Notes may have confused some readers. The article referred to changes in voting precincts and districts. Auditor Mary Ducheneaux explains that in Dewey County, no voting precincts were changed. Because some of the commissioner districts were redrawn this year, some voters are now in a different district. Letters were mailed to voters affected by that, she said, although their polling place was not changed.
There are no commissioner races in the primary election.
