5:16 p.m., conducted a traffic stop on Highway 65, two miles south of McIntosh. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted. A search reveled THC edibles and drug paraphernalia. A 24-year-old male from Rolette, ND was cited for: Possession or use of drug paraphernalia by driver, and speeding on state highway.
