Facing the press deadline, the Topic was unable to gather many details about the hail storm that hit the Timber Lake Area about 8:30 Tuesday morning. As people called their insurance companies and the companies lined up adjusters, folks boarded up windows, checked crops and livestock, did damage control where water was running, and prayed for the power to stay on.
