The theme for this year’s Isabel Parade is “Rustlers, Ramblers & Gamblers.”
The parade will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, August 6. Registration will be at City Hall from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
This year’s parade honorees are Helen and Delfred Brinkman, who were both longtime educators in the Isabel School.
Parade categories include: Theme Relevancy, Beautiful, Unique, Humorous, Horses & More, Antique Classic Vehicle, Antique Tractor/ Ageless Iron, Youth, Alumni.
Awards are given for three places in each category. One entry will be awarded the Overall Best of Show. This year’s dedication of the Best of Show is in honor of Jim Boldt and will be presented by his family.
There is no cost to enter but participants need to enter in order to be eligible for awards.
