Authorities have released the names of two men fatally shot after attending the Oceti Sakowin Fest 2002 in Eagle Butte on Saturday, July 23.
According to Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe (CRST) Law Enforcement, the victims were Trayden Wells and Miles “Avery” Phillips, both tribal members. In addition, a 19-year-old suspect is in custody but authorities have not released his name.
