Mass of Christian Burial for Jeremy Fischer, 46, of Eagle Butte was held Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at All Saints Catholic Church in Eagle Butte. Burial was at Mossman Cemetery under the direction of Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge.

Jeremy passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at Sanford Medical Center in Bismarck, ND.

Jeremy Scott Fischer was born May 28, 1976 to Leo and Lois Fischer. He attended Cheyenne-Eagle Butte school, graduating in 1995. Missing his calling as a break-dancer, he joined the Army in 1997 and served a short time.

Jeremy put his heart and soul in to every job he did. From CRST Law Enforcement as a detention officer to Lamb Motors in Onida as a mechanic, he was a jack of all trades. He moved to Deadwood in 2015 and found his true passion as a cook; he worked at the Silverado, One Eye Jacks, Full Throttle Saloon and most recently, the Bloody Nose Saloon. True to his name, he loved to fish and was an avid Steelers fan and continued to wow crowds with his breakdancing skills.

Grateful to have shared his life are his parents, Leo and Lois Fischer; daughters Sloan (William), Miley, and Shelby; sons Tristan, Winston, Easton, Urijah, and Isaiah; grandchildren Kaison and Mikayla; sisters Linda (Richard) and Wendy; brothers Leo “Earp” (Donita), Charles “Festus” (Kristy), and Thomas Wayne Sr.; nieces Danielle, Keri, Amanda, Courtney, Jacey, and Vintage Charm; nephews Scottie, Justin, Thomas, Brett, Brock, Dalton, Colton, and Weston; along with many great-nieces and nephews.
