Voters in the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe (CRST) election last week cast their ballots for change, unseating the longtime chairman and electing five new members to the 15-person tribal council.
Results are still unofficial pending the outcome of a ballot count that began Tuesday, Nov. 15, in the conference room at the Cheyenne River Motel.
