Anthony W. Brooks, 59, passed away Monday, November 7, 2022, at his home in Mira Loma, CA.
Funeral services were held Thursday, December 1, 2022, at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Eagle Butte. Burial followed in St. Paul’s Episcopal Cemetery at LaPlant.
Anthony Wayne Brooks was born May 9, 1963, in Pittsburgh, PA, to James Hector Brooks, Sr. and Lois Maxine Spotted Bear.
Anthony is survived by his two children: Anthony Brooks, Jr. and Marquita Brooks of Riverside, CA; sisters Marion Walker of Pittsburgh, PA and Joanne Tynes of Denver, CO; brothers Gary Brooks of Pittsburgh and Joey Brooks of Riverside; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, James Hector, Jr.
Luce Funeral Home of Gettysburg was in charge of arrangements.
