Mar. 2, 1979 – Mar. 2, 2023 Tate Omani Win Frazier, 44, of Eagle Butte entered the Spirit World on March 2, 2023 at Minneapolis, MN.
Tate Omani is survived by her mother, Delores Rivera of Walker, MN; three brothers, Tyler Drake, Wayne Drake and Arturo Rivera of Minneapolis.
Funeral services were held March 14, 2023 at the CRST Bingo Hall, with Mother Ellen Huber officiating. Burial followed at the LaPlant Congregational Cemetery in LaPlant.
Rooks Funeral Services of Eagle Butte was in charge of arrangements.
