    Minda Woodward of Dupree captured top honors in girls breakaway roping and finished fourth in the barrels to earn the title of Top Rookie Cowgirl last week in Buffalo at the first of two South Dakota High School Rodeo Association (SDHSRA) Northwest Region rodeos before the State HS Finals Rodeo June 13-17 in Ft. Pierre. The second NW Region will be held this weekend, June 9-11, in Dupree.
