A June 20 incident during which a Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) police officer shot and wounded a suspect in Corson County on the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation is being investigated by both the BIA's Office of Justice Services Internal Division and the FBI.
Federal authorities announced the investigations last Friday, July 21, but did not name the suspect or the officer involved....
