Such a statement is laughable on its surface.
Every week, there are people going into local bars and spending $40 or $50 per night on entertainment.
Two nights per week at 52 weeks per year is $2,600.
That is equivalent to one round trip airplane ticket to Berlin, Germany, or a flight to and a nice hotel in Los Angeles or New York for a long weekend.
