ShaiLo W. Hollow Horn, 29, of Eagle Butte entered the Spirit World on Sunday, December 31, 2023 at the Cheyenne River Health Care Center, Eagle Butte.
ShaiLo is survived by his mother and fathers, his children and his children’s mother: JoRae Veit and Roy’L Pearl, Roll’in, and River Bernadine, KyAnne Moran and Aaliviyah; his siblings; Bree and Emme’Ray Hollow Horn, Michelle Benson-Rodriguez (Dan Jr.) of Pine Ridge, Liz Benson of Spearfish, Larry Benson of Rushville, NE, Caitlin Nelson of Martin, Hailey Nixon (Greg) and Charnelle Revely (Irone) of Lawrence, KS, Benny Benson of Oelrichs, Brandon Benson of Lincoln, NE, Adam and Angel Benson of Ridgeview; aunts and uncles, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral Mass was held January 10, 2024, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at Red Scaffold with Fr. John Paul Trask officiating. Burial was at the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. Rooks Star Nation Funeral Home of Eagle Butte was in charge of arrangements.
