Dwane D. Jensen, 89, of Bismarck, ND passed away December 3, 2023 at St. Vincent’s Care Center with his family by his side.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 8, 2023 at Weigel Funeral Home in Mandan, ND. Burial will follow at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7 at Weigel Funeral Home, Mandan, with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service on Friday.
Dwane is survived by his wife, Della of Bismarck; his children, Eric and Dawn, both of Bismarck; brother Alfred (Buzz) Jensen of Watertown; four step-children: Chad Mettler of Timber Lake, Derek Mettler of McLaughlin, Lawrele (Steven) Johnson of Bismarck and Miranda Aberle of Mandan; and 12 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Charles Jensen; one grandson, Cullen Oothoudt; two sisters and their husbands: Zona and Vince Schilz and June and Bob Imhoff; and one sister-in-law, Mavis Jensen.
