Jess Warren Starr, 46, passed away early Friday morning, September 3, 2021 at his home in Dupree.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 10:00 a.m. MT on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at the Pioneer Days rodeo grounds in Dupree with Pastor Pauline Webb officiating. Burial will follow at the Dupree cemetery, followed by a time of fellowship and luncheon at the Dupree Pioneer Hall.
