Nathaniel Semon, 28, of Box Elder and formerly of Eagle Butte entered the Spirit World on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at Box Elder.
Nathaniel is survived by his wife, Chantelle Maupin of Box Elder; a son, Taten Semon, and daughter, Cattleya Semon of Box Elder; his father, Melvin Semon of Sioux Falls; mother, Carol Red Bird of Rapid City; two brothers, Michael Marshall of Bismarck, ND and John Little Bald Eagle of McAllen, TX; ten sisters: Nora (Bruce) Le of Jacksonville, NC, Samantha (Jon) Slides Off of Rapid City, Tanya Lance of Lincoln City, OR, Amanda (Eli) Friesen of Box Elder, Brooke (Chris) Murrah and Brittany Dominguez of Scottsbluff, NE, Rochelle Red Bird of Eagle Butte, Whitney (Steven Mestes) Semon of Eagle Butte, Wanda Semon of Sioux Falls, and Maleena Semon of St. Paul, MN; and two hunka brothers, Aaron Reifel and William Reifel of Buffalo, WY.
Funeral services were held November 1, 2023 St. John’s Episcopal Church in Eagle Butte with Mother Ellen Huber officiating. Burial of cremains will take place at Eagle Butte Community Cemetery at a later date.
Rooks Funeral Home of Eagle Butte was in charge of arrangements.
