William is survived by his wife, Shelley High Bear of Fayette, Iowa; son Calvin High Bear of Sioux Falls; daughter Rebecca Hayes of Eagle Butte; brother Lawrence High Bear of Winner; and sister Coral Hernandez of Sibley, IA.
