Timber Lake High School junior Anna Kraft captured her second state powerlifting championship while setting a new state record in the process.
Competing at the state powerlifting tournament last week, Kraft won the 220+pound weight class with a 385 pound squat, a 160 pound bench press and a 315 pound deadlift.
She now also holds the new South Dakota state reord for largest female squat lift.
