Timber Lake Coach Erin Gimbel (left) last Tuesday, Dec. 6, welcomed senior Carlie Lawrence into the 1,000 Career Point Club during the Lady Panthers girls basketball home opener against Tiospaye Topa. The daughter of Cody and Mary Lawrence, she actually reached the milestone in the final game of last season during the Region 8B Tournament but school officials waited to recognize the achievement in front of a hometown crowd to open this season.
