Local competitors shine in New Town PRCA event

    Several of the region’s PRCA competitors were among the top finishers at the New Town Rodeo in New Town, ND, on Friday and Saturday, June 17- 18, including two who pocketed first place prize money.

    Summer Kosel of Glenham garnered top honors in barrel racing with a time of 15.45 seconds to collect $1,591 while Trey Young of Dupree clocked a 9.6 second run in tie-down roping for a first place finish…
