Teammates Ian Beyer and Caleb Bieber stuck close together on the course at the Little Moreau Conference and Ryan Day Memorial cross country meet in Faith on Friday, Sept. 4. So close, in fact, that despite Beyer’s stronger sprint to the finish, the pair still finished the 5,000-meter race fifth and sixth, respectively, helping the Timber Lake Panthers place second overall in the boys division. …
