Kraft named Army National Guard top Athlete of the Week

The Kraft cousins from Timber Lake - Tucker and Hank - both made the highlight reels recently. Tucker for his role as a tight end for the Green Bay Packers and Hank for his performance as the starting running back for the Northern State Wolves.

Panthers bumped from post-season play, finish with 15-17 overall record

The Timber Lake Panthers were bumped from further post-season contention last Thursday, losing to top-seeded Faith in the SoDak 16 qualifier, and ending their season at 15-17 overall.

Local competitors bring home NRCA Finals, season championships

Area competitors struck gold at the Northwest Ranch Cowboy Association (NRCA) Finals Rodeo in Gillette, WY, last weekend, capturing four finals championships and five season points titles.

TL spikers win regular season finale, Nash charts 1,000th kill

The Timber Lake Panthers closed out their 2024 re g u l a r season volleyball schedule with a win last Tuesday, Oct. 29, but they needed a full five games to put the visiting Wall Eagles away.The Panthers took a 14-16 overall mark into the Region 8B Tournament as the No. 4 seed on Tuesday, Nov.
