A 35-year-old Eagle Butte man was sentenced to 12 months and one day in federal prison last week after pleading guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon in December.
Taryn Peter Ducheneaux was sentenced by Chief Judge Roberto Lange on Monday, January 22 in U.S. District Court. Ducheneaux must also follow prison with three years of supervised release and pay $100 to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
