Parade dedicated to late John Meginness
The Isabel Fire Department will kick off the 2023 Isabel Celebration and Rodeo on Thursday, Aug. 3, with an appreciation picnic at the Fire Hall on Main Street beginning at 5 p.m. The meet-and-greet event, which includes kids activities, is the first of many planned for the annual celebration, which continues through Sunday, Aug. 6.
