July 12, 2021: Timber Lake Volunteer Fire Dept. responded to the “Grace” fire east of Saddle Butte (northeast of Timber Lake). The fire was contained to 32 acres and about 20 bales. Also responding were Trail City VFD, Standing Rock BIA Fire, and North Dakota Forest Service. The cause was haying equipment.
