Two more candidates, both Independents, have filed petitions for Dewey County offices.
Vincent T. DuPris of Eagle Butte filed for the District 4 commission seat. Incumbent Bob Berndt, a Democrat, had previously filed.
Kyle Nilson of Timber Lake, a Deputy Dewey County Sheriff, has filed for coroner.
The filing deadline for Independents was April 30 at 5 p.m.
