Eagle Butte saddle bronc rider Shorty Garrett is riding high after making a clean sweep at the RAM National Circuit Finals Rodeo in Greeley, CO over the weekend and further cementing a debut trip to the 2020 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. Last year he finished 18th in the PRCA Ram World Standings and this year he sits in fourth place with earnings of $81,464.
