Schuler recognized for managing more than 60 blood drives
Twila Schuler was recognized by Vitalant Blood Services for her many years of conducting blood drives in Dupree. She managed more than 60 community blood drives and donated herself 59 times.
When Twila Schuler of Dupree asked to present a special award at this year's Dupree High School Academic Awards presentation, she had no idea that she was also going to be receiving recognition.
Schuler came to present DHS senior Emily Olsen with a red graduation cord denoting the fact that she has donated a lot of blood prior to finishing high school.
