New tribal law limits sale of malt liquor beverages

A new ban on the sale of certain malt liquor beverages within the boundaries of the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation will go into effect on Saturday, Feb. 15, after the tribe’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission (ABC Commission) okayed the final regulations in late December.

Corson County Sheriff Alan Dale January 85:10 p.m. responded to a business in McLaughlin for a fire alarm. It was found to be a false alarm.January 910:03 a.m. received a report of theft from a business in McIntosh.3:25 p.m. received a report of cattle out on Highway 63 north of McLaughlin.

NDSCS announces Fall Honor Roll

North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) has named to the Fall 2024 Presidents, 555 students who have demonstrated outstanding academic performance, achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher while completing at least 12 credits with letter grades.

4-H members visit capitol
