McLaughlin man to serve five years

A 42-year-old McLaughlin man has been sentenced to five years in prison after being convicted of abusive sexual contact for an incident in McLaughlin in 2024.

Eagle Butte man gets five year sentence

An Eagle Butte man convicted of abusive sexual contact has been sentenced. Floyd Clown, Jr., 41, was sentenced to five years in federal prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release, and ordered to pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
