“We have to keep current with our costs,” is how Timber Lake City Board Chairman Tom Hermes described the need to change garbage rates.The board met July 9 with a quorum of three - Hermes, Jess Schlosser and Mike LaCompte (by phone). Tanner Kraft and Brent Biegler were absent.
