Changes set at Catholic churches

As of July 1 four Catholic churches within All Saints Parish will be affected by changes to the availability and/ or frequency of ministerial services.Two are to be closed completely: St. Joseph’s Church in Ridgeview and Immaculate Conception Church in Bridger.

Lemburg retires after 36 years at highway department

Cathy Lemburg started working at the Dewey County Highway Department in June of 1990, meaning she worked there for almost exactly 36 years before retiring.Before starting at the Highway Department, Lemburg worked at the Western Dakota Bank as an assistant cashier.

Summer reading program dates set for month of July

A pair of billboards went up along Highway 20 in Timber Lake last week celebrating the community as the hometown of Tucker Kraft, tight-end for the Green Bay Packers. Western Dakota Bank is sponsoring the billboards and will be adding advertising along the bottom.
