Supreme Court won’t revive Kenel Road washout lawsuit

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to revive a wrongful death and injury lawsuit stemming from a washed out road on the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation, affirming a lower court’s decision that dismissed the case against the Bureau of Indian Affairs.

On 1/8/2024 at 3:30 pm, responded to McLaughlin for a report of an intoxicated male lying on a street. On 1/9/2024 at 10:14 pm, found a vehicle in McLaughlin with an open trunk. The vehicle was secured and the owner was notified. It is unknown if anything was stolen.

Dylan Seitz joined the Corson County Sheriff's Office on Jan. 3 as a deputy sheriff. Seitz previously served as a deputy in the Lyman County Sheriff's Office. He became a certified law enforcement officer and firearms instructor and has served on a federal task force.

Teach for America to recruit on Standing Rock
