July 5, 1973 Mr. and Mrs. Lester Gill of Timber Lake were honored on their 40th wedding anniversary Sunday afternoon when an open house was held for them. The couple renewed their marriage vows during the morning mass at the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Timber Lake.

Monday, July 10: Pizza casserole, Italian vegetables, pineapple tidbits, and garlic bread. Tuesday, July 11: Breaded baked fish, herb diced potatoes, California vegetables, tomato spoon salad, fruit cocktail, and bread.

USDA announces corrections to Emergency Relief Program (ERP)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is updating the Emergency Relief Program (ERP) Phase Two to provide a method for valuing losses and accessing program benefits to eligible producers of certain crops that do not generate revenue directly from the sale of the crop.
