Isabel cannabis license applicants withdraw

Both parties who were seeking the town of Isabel’s two medical cannabis licenses have withdrawn their applications and will be refunded half of their $5,000 application fee. The application of Judah and Damon Leier, doing business as Happybel Farms, was approved by a 3-2 vote last July.
