TLHS Class of ‘23 to receive diplomas Sunday

Twenty-two members of the Timber Lake High School Class of 2023 will receive their diplomas during the school’s 108th commencement exercises at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 7, in the old school gymnasium. This year’s class colors are maroon and white with the class flower being daisies.

Commencement exercises slated at area schools

Twenty-two seniors will receive diplomas from Timber Lake High School during the 108th annual commencement exercises slated Sunday, May 7, at 2 p.m. in the school’s old gymnasium. Timber Lake’s graduation is the first among area school districts over the next three weeks.

USDA, CRST sign historic conservation plan

The Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe (CRST) has partnered with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to help conserve, maintain and improve grassland productivity, reduce soil erosion and enhance wildlife habitat within the boundaries of the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation.
