Arguments in Gov. Kristi Noem’s lawsuit against the Dept. of the Interior regarding fireworks shows at Mount Rushmore will be heard Jan. 12 in St. Louis, including testimony from the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe In April 2021, Noem filed suit against the Dept.
