The theme for the Timber Lake Days of 1910 parade on July 24 (at 3 p.m.) will be “Proud to be an American,” submitted by Roger Lawien. Johny Weber heads up the parade committee.

MRH advises to get COVID-19 vaccine soon

With regards to vaccination efforts, the progress we have seen so far has been excellent. Folks who had a desire to be vaccinated have had multiple opportunities to do so and will continue to have the opportunity for the foreseeable future.

Adolescents 12 -15 now eligible for COVID-19 vaccinations

Adolescents between the ages of 12 and 15 are now eligible to receive the C OVID-19 vaccination statewide. The announcement from the S.D. Dept. of Health (DOH) comes after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention authorized the Pfizer vaccine for emergency use for this age group.
