September 18, 2020 Leland Brown, 44, of Bullhead was indicted by a federal grand jury for assault with a dangerous weapon and assault resulting in serious bodily injury on September 9, 2020. He appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark A. Moreno on September 18, 2020, and pled not guilty.

Local cowboys Chance Schott of McLaughlin and Trey Young of Dupree returned from the RAM Badlands Circuit Finals Rodeo in Minot, ND Oct. 9-11 toting a lot of hardware.
