The South Dakota Urban Indian Health Board of Directors last week appointed a member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe to lead the nearly 50-year-old organization.

Ziebach County landowner enrolls nearly 30,000 acres in public access initiative

Pheasants Forever has enrolled a new landowner in its Public Access to Habitat (PATH) program that will open nearly 30,000 new acres of private land - much of it in Ziebach County - to public hunting and recreation.
