A federal jury in Aberdeen acquitted a 42-year-old Mahto man last Wednesday, Dec. 4, of charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and assault resulting in serious bodily injury.
Raymond Webb was indicted by a federal grand jury in December 2023 on charges stemming from an alleged incident that occurred Sept.17, 2023,near Mahto and within the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation.
