CRST Buffalo Corp. buys West Side Meats in Mobridge

  • West Side Meats in Mobridge has been sold by brothers Tom and Chris Lang to the CRST Buffalo Authority Corporation. The business has been in the Lang family since 1982 when Carla Lang and partner Elmer “Al” Hochhalter purchased it from Edwin “Schmo” Schilling.

After nearly a year of negotiations, the CRST Buffalo Authority Corporation has purchased West Side Meats, a longtime butcher shop/ locker plant located in Mobridge. The sale became effective on Monday, Feb. 1.
