Dakota Plex plan advances with call for site prep bids

    Timber Lake & Area Development (TLAD) is calling for bids for site preparation for the two three-bedroom Dakota Plex units to be placed on Block 32.

    Due dates for separate pieces of the work are listed in the bid notice on page 13 of this issue.
