Eagle Butte man wins local golf tournament
Larry Mendoza of Eagle Butte won the championship flight in the annual Men’s Invitational Golf Tournament held at the Timber Lake golf course, Sunday. Mr. Mendoza shot a 74 over the 18-hole par 72 course.
A total of 77 golfers competed in the tournament. They were handicapped by winds gusting up to 40 miles per hour.
