    Dewey County has a new satellite office in Eagle Butte to provide improved access to services of the County Treasurer’s office. The office opens this week in the Eagle Butte City/Police building at 209 Main Street. It came about after months of discussion among county officials and an attempted petition drive aimed at moving the county seat from Timber Lake to Eagle Butte.
