Ryder Spiel, son of Travis and Mercedes Spiel of Parade and a First Grade student at Timber Lake, competed this summer in the Sitting Bull College Young Rodeo Series, where he won the Pee Wee Division championship for dummy roping as well as Pee Wee All-Around Cowboy honors. He collected his championship buckles last Friday, Nov. 3, during the series’ awards banquet.
