Oscar Stradinger, 102, of Rapid City and formerly of Isabel passed away Friday, October 1, 2021. He is survived by two children, David Stradinger and Linda Barker. There will be a small family gathering held at Isabel at a later date. Arrangements with Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home of Rapid City.

John Isadore Rousseau, Sr., 77, of Eagle Butte passed away on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at the Ft. Meade VA Medical Center at Sturgis. John is survived by his wife of 53 years, Susie Rousseau of Eagle Butte; two sons, John Rousseau, Jr.

Clarence Lee Pettner

Clarence Lee Pettner, 94, of Lebanon, OR, died September 15, 2021 in Salem, OR. Clarence was born September 6, 1927 in Lantry, the son of Alfred and Jennie (Stoltz) Pettner and was raised in the Dakotas. Clarence served in the Army during World War II.

Alana R. Marshall

Alana R. Marshall, 45, of Eagle Butte passed away Monday, September 20, 2021 at CHI St. Alexius Health Bismarck Medical Center, Bismarck, ND. Funeral services were held September 25, 2021 at the CRST Pow-Wow Grounds at Eagle Butte. Burial was in St. James Episcopal Cemetery, Bear Creek.

Margaret Ann Alley passed away in her home in Boise, ID from natural causes on September 14, 2021. Margaret was born on July 14, 1957, with her twin brother, Marty Dan, in Mobridge, one of the twelve children that Bob and Grace Alley raised on their ranch northwest of Isabel.
