Carolyn Irene Friez was born on May 17, 1958 to Reuben and Clarice (Agrimson) Friez in McLaughlin. She graduated from McLaughlin High School in May 1976. She attended South Dakota State University for a semester and decided she preferred marriage to a college degree.

Julian “Sim” LeBeau, 61, of Spearfish, passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020 at the Monument Health Hospice in Rapid City after a brief illness. Burial of his cremains will be at Mossman Cemetery in Ridgeview at a private service for immediate family only, at a later date.

A private funeral service for Larry G. Lemer, 73, of Aberdeen will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel in Aberdeen. Larry died Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at his home. Larry Gene Lemer, son of Matthew and Rose (Harr) Lemer, was born September 9, 1947 in Mobridge.
