Taken Alive leads Mustang boys at Potter Co. Invite

Jayden Taken Alive posted a second place finish in the varsity boys division of the Potter County Cross Country Invitational last Wednesday, Sept. 8, helping the McLaughlin Mustang boys place second in the team standings behind Frederick Area. Taken Alive ran the course at Gettysburg in 18:09.

Middle School boys second at Ipswich XC Invitational

The Timber Lake middle school boys posted top 10 finishes at the Ipswich Cross Country Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 11, to boost the young Panthers into a second place showing in the team standings. Faulkton won the middle school title with 13 points and Timber Lake followed with 19.

Rope, Ride & Slide; Ropin’ on the Rez attract PRCA competitors

Nice payouts and a high level of competition drew some PRCA talent to the first-ever Rope, Ride & Slide event held in conjunction with Ropin’ the Rez breakaway roping in Dupree on Friday, Sept. 10.

TL spikers start season strong at 3-1
