Levi Berndt captured the 152-pound championship to lead the McLaughlin-Timber Lake JV wrestlers at the annual Hettinger Border Classic tournament Friday and Saturday, Jan. 5-6. The Mustangs are slated to compete at the Potter County Invitational in Gettysburg on Saturday, Jan.

The lights are shining brightly on Timber Lake native Tucker Kraft as he and the Green Bay Packers gear up for the NFL playoffs this weekend. Kraft, a tight end from SDSU chosen in the third round of last year’s NFL draft, has quickly made a name for himself for his play on the field.
